Your guys delivered just in time - -- nice kids.  The food looked fantastic.  EVERYONE had something to say about it and I'm happy to say it was all good.  They LOVED everything and had special compliments on the chicken pinwheels, the chilled shrimp, the meats, the bean bruschetta and especially the sauces.  That mint coulis was sensational and a hit with everyone.  Everything was PERFECTLY grilled - and I appreciate that.  The neighbors all asked about who you were and I told them :) and the kids ate the food throughout the night (it was a very long night and went into morning) -- not much food left, believe it or not!!!!  I was hoping for leftovers!
I'll be delivering your platters Monday sometime during the day.

Good morning Clyde and Bull's Head Market team!
We had the BEST time! thank you so much for lunch (boy these sandwiches where huge and yummy! just what we needed) and the bbq was just fantastic. I wonder how many of my colleagues stole your potato "chip" recipe and made it at home over the weekend. I did;=).
Again, my heartfelt thanks for making our trip most memorable and from my side, since I live in the area, I'm sure to come around Norwalk and check out your other 2 properties.
An outing with friends for Clambake on Sheffield island is already in the planing stages.
